1. PARTIES
This Agreement is entered into between:

BUYER: The individual or legal entity who places an order via leticiaboutigue.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).
2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this Contract is the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer electronically from the Seller’s website. This contract determines the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with local consumer protection laws and commercial regulations of the Erbil Governorate, Iraq.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICING
The type, quantity, brand, model, color, and sales price (including taxes) of the goods are as stated on the product page and the invoice of the order. The prices listed on the site are the final sales prices at the time of purchase.
4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Accuracy of Information: The Buyer declares that they have read and informed themselves of the basic characteristics of the product, the sales price, the payment method, and the preliminary delivery information.
Delivery: The product shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer. If the Buyer is not present at the address at the time of delivery, the Seller shall be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation.
Age Requirement: By using this site, the Buyer confirms they are of legal age to enter into a binding contract in their jurisdiction.
5. EXCHANGE AND HYGIENE POLICY
In accordance with health and hygiene regulations, products such as jewelry, accessories, and undergarments are not suitable for return or withdrawal once delivered. Exchanges are only permissible if the product is found to be defective or incorrectly delivered, as specified in our Exchange Policy.
6. PAYMENT AND COLLECTION
Payments can be made via the methods provided on the checkout page.
If the bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the Seller after the delivery of the product due to unauthorized use of the Buyer’s payment method, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 3 days.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
The Seller is not responsible for the failure to deliver products due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes, or transportation blockages). If such a delay occurs, the Seller will notify the Buyer, and the Buyer may cancel the order or wait for the obstacle to be removed.
8. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute arising from this Contract, the parties shall first attempt to reach an amicable settlement. If a settlement cannot be reached, the courts and enforcement offices in Erbil, Iraq, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
9. ACCEPTANCE
By completing the purchase on leticiaboutigue.com, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this Distance Sales Contract.
