1. NO RETURN POLICY
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Leticia Boutigue maintains a strict no return policy. We encourage all customers to review their choices carefully before completing a purchase.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only available under the following specific conditions:
The item received is different from the one you ordered.
The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
3. NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances:
Jewelry: Earrings and all pierced jewelry.
Intimate Apparel: Lingerie, swimwear, or bodysuits.
Sale Items: Any items purchased during a clearance or “Final Sale” event.
4. EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for an exchange (in case of wrong or damaged items), the product must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
With all original tags and labels still attached.
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
5. THE PROCESS
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please follow these steps:
Email Us: Contact info@leticiaboutigue.com within 7 days with your Order Number and photos of the issue.
Review: Our team will evaluate the request and provide instructions for the exchange.
Shipping: Please note that shipping costs for exchanges (except for boutique errors) are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
6. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@leticiaboutigue.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
