Processing Time: All orders are processed on the same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Fridays or public holidays.
Local Delivery (Erbil): We offer fast-track delivery within Erbil. Same-day or next-day delivery is often available for orders placed before 12:00 PM.
Regional Shipping: We deliver to all governorates in Iraq. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier schedules or weather conditions.
2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

3. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please note that returns and exchanges are not possible due to hygiene reasons.
